Equinisity Retreats
A Spiritual Adventure with Horses and Nature

Discover the Wisdom of Connection
Set on 320 acres of forests, meadows, lakes, and hills, Equinisity Retreats offers a unique opportunity to step away from everyday life and reconnect with yourself, animals, and the natural world around you.
At the heart of the experience is our Herd of horses, who live freely on the land and invite us to slow down, become more present, and experience connection in a new way. Through meditation, time spent with the horses, nature-based experiences, and guided exercises, you will have the opportunity to explore your own awareness, release old patterns, and discover a deeper sense of connection and well-being.
You don't need to own a horse or be a rider. You simply need to be willing to slow down, listen, and allow the animals and the natural world to show you something new.
Come spend a week with the Herd and discover what becomes possible when we open ourselves to the wisdom of animals and the natural world.
A Day with the Herd
No two retreats are exactly alike. While each day has a gentle rhythm, there is plenty of space to follow your own interests, explore what calls to you, and allow your experience to unfold naturally.
Mornings are spent with the Herd. After breakfast, we gather at the Barn House to meditate, connect, and learn from the horses. You may explore horse language and communication, liberty and ground play, Equinistic Healing, or simply spend quiet time in their presence. Liz and the retreat facilitators are there to guide and support you along the way.
Afternoons invite you into the land. Follow the Herd through 320-acres of forests, meadows, lakes, and hills, discover the property's special places, or take time for yourself. There is time to journal, reflect, read, relax, and work through the exercises provided in your retreat manual. We offer an organic and free-range buffet lunch at the Barn House with an abundance of fresh greens and vegetables from our garden.
Evenings bring everyone together. Enjoy a healthy, organic dinner, share the experiences of the day, and take part in meditation, conversation, and other group activities. On the final evening, we gather around the sacred fire for drumming, singing, and setting intentions for the journey ahead.
Your Stay
Our all-inclusive retreats include comfortable accommodation, healthy meals, and everything you need to immerse yourself in the experience. Choose from the Guest House, our cabin-like wall tents, or the Spirit Lodge village. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.
Whether you spend your time actively engaging with the Herd, exploring the land, or simply sitting quietly and taking it all in, the retreat is yours to experience in your own way.
